Complete registration at Londorossi gate and traverse diverse farmland to the Lemosho road-head. Ascend through lush forest, pausing for a delightful lunch en route. Reach Lemosho Big Tree Camp (2,650 m) for a serene overnight stay. [2-3 hours walking]
Transition from forest to moorland, ascending steadily to the rim of the Shira Plateau. Marvel at the expansive views as you arrive at Shira One Camp (3,550 m). [6-8 hours walking]
